Oasis Apartments

These apartments definitely live up to their name! I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience here since moving in. Tania was beyond helpful answering all my questions and calls. Her great attitude towards this property helped me decide on this place. My children and I have loved the peacefulness of our apartment despite being so close to the exciting strip and airport. The property is very clean and quiet. There is even a security guard that patrols in the night which makes us feel super safe . I look forward to living here for a couple years (:

Tania the apartment manager was awesome. Incredibly nice and helpful. Showed us around while we were just looking and treated us like we already belong here. We did choose to live here and when it was time to sign the lease she was already doing a final inspection of the place for us. It was clean and ready so far no issues. But I am positive if anything were to come up Tania would take care of it immediately.

I honestly love the vibes from the apartment complex but most of all, the management staff. I had the pleasure to work with Tania who gave me a tour and answered all of my questions regarding a unit, the rental fees, and so much more. She's kind, and a great listener, and transparent about everything. I sadly had to decline in applying for a unit but she was respectful and understanding when I gave her my reasons. I'm still going to keep this apartment complex in my mind all because of her. I hope nothing but the best for you, this apartment complex, and to future tenants.

Oasis has been great since I moved in. Tania was very kind and answered all my questions. Her customer service exceeded our expectations. The property is in a great spot just 10 minutes walking distance from all the fun. There’s security I’ve went out late calm place. As a dad with young children I can say this place is kid friendly , I am in love with my new place.

I've lived at Oasis Apartments for nearly four years, and it's been outstanding. The management and staff specially Nancy and Tania are incredibly helpful, and the maintenance team is efficient and friendly. The beautifully maintained lawns and clean common areas create a welcoming atmosphere. The location is exceptional, right in the center of the city and super near to the strip and yet the complex remains peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this place!
