Oakwoods Apartments

The new management and new maintenance teamed up and are putting an end to a "hot" mess. I finally have great air conditioning and any other maintenance issue is fixed no excuses. The entire new staff is great and has been a welcome change. I would love to see the carpeting go but otherwise I'm happy with the new changes.

If i could give 0 stars i would, office manager is very unprofessional and discriminates against people of color. As another review said (THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR AIR IF IT BREAKS) Lazy maintenance workers who only fix half the problems. 3 apartments I've been in back here filled with roaches.Worst living experience I've ever had, PERIOD.

Been here for a very long time! and I can say that this has been very comfortable for me. The area is out of sight but still gets some traffic through the area and your only 5-10 min away from plenty of stores, in the middle of Airline hwy and Coursey blv. The prices are kinda iffy but hey, everyone is draining pockets nowadays... There are 2 maintenance guys who's always around when you see/need them but not the quickest to take care of the problem due to the order taken from the office, (some are). Thers a guy that does the cleaning in the areas and also a guy who patrols the areas and make sure he's getting all the sites. They may not be the youngest workers but they get it done. WARNING::::::If your used to AIRCONDITIONING This is (NOT) the place to call home....The units here is 30+years old...The maintanance here is (LOUSEY)..They can NEVER keep good maintanance.....Don't EVER let anything break in your apartment unless you enjoy sitting in an oven...BAD BAD BUSINESS Take my advice!! GHETTO FABULOUS SERVICE

Air has not worked in a whole month office .manager is very disrespectful ive been told lies since ive been here when lease is up better believe im moving out tired of living in a oven nothing never gets fixed when told or lied too
