Oakwood Villa

Nicely renovated place they keep clean grounds and the fact they have a public park next door along with a public swimming pool I think that's just awesome 😎

My son and I moved here November 2023, and I couldn't have asked for such a beautiful community. The office staff are very welcoming, attentive, and great at communicating with tenants. They even offered summer lunch and back to school bookbags with goodies included. The maintenance guys; Chris and Arthur are the best 😁 They do a lot of work with it just being the two of them. They are patient, fast workers, and they are quick at getting your apartment in good shape and functional. The manager, Kelly, is the sweetest. As well as the front desk representative.... she always has a smile on her face and it gives you a feeling of grace and positive vibes. Understanding that things can't be "perfect", we are definitely comfortable and we feel at home. Thank y'all!!!!

My ac has been not running properly for weeks. Put in a work order nobody came by. I call and nobody answers the phone its absolutely ridiculous. It was ok for a while but then it went downhill again. Just know if you move out here what your getting yourself into.

When I moved to Oakwood Villa I had a few concerns but EVERYTHING was addressed and corrected in a timely manner. The manager Roshelle was very professional and helpful. Even when there were people coming into the office with negative attitudes while I was doing my application, the manager politely asked them to wait until she finished helping me then she addressed their complaints. My move went smoothly without any problems. The maintenance & cleaning crew have been doing a pretty good job of keeping the community clean, it only the residents & guests would do a better job of cleaning up behind themselves.

The new management are doing a great job. The community is quiet and I can walk the community at night. They fixed my AC that wasnt working since last year. I took the Manager a gift yesterday because I appreciate all she is doing..
