came to renew my lease I highly recommend leasing here one of the best management. Attentive to my needs & very affordable. 10/10. Shoutout to Benilda one of the leasing agents she was patient with me guiding me through my lease renewal .

I've lived here for a year and we have had continuous problems with hot water when we moved into the apt we didn't have any hot water for 2 months straight.

Good apartment complex but the kids that live there are so disrespectful! From playing in the courtyard all rowdy, knocking on random people’s doors like if it’s a good thing to do but in reality it’s the complete opposite, and the parents need to keep a eye on them 24/7 not half of the day/night I hope something gets these kids under control cause they don’t know how to behave themselves

Stole the tires off of my car. No security at all. Park at your own risk.

Poor Management, I do not recommend anyone to live here.
