Oakwood Townhomes are great for me and my family! When I met with Asela, it was reassurance that I made the right decision to not only tour, but to move my family here. The space fit exactly what we needed. We love it here and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to make your home.

I would like to share some observations regarding my current rental situation. Overall, the rent price is reasonable given the number of rooms and bathrooms available. I appreciate that maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the maintenance staff have consistently been responsive and professional. However, I have encountered some challenges that I believe need attention. There have been instances of neighbors leaving food waste on the porch and littering in front of my door, as well as issues with parking where vehicles are often blocked or improperly positioned in the street. These problems affect the overall living experience and could be alleviated with improved enforcement of community guidelines and possibly assigned parking spaces.
