I Hope this Message reaches the Owner and CEO, because you can see Nancy Roig Passion in her duties for the Residents. 🤩 Cucho Work performance reflects a strong passion for Maintenance; once a Work Order is Submitted, the job is Completed within 30mins or less. ..I am Beyond Satisfied with the Services I have been “Receiving”… ….You (Ms.Nancy) and (Cucho) are the Reason I feel so at Home that I don’t want to leave! 2026 will make 9yrs.!

I’ve had such a positive experience living at Oakwood Apartments! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located. Everything from the landscaping to the cleanliness of the property shows that the management truly cares about residents’ comfort. Nancy, the manager, deserves special recognition. She’s always professional, kind, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Her genuine care for residents really makes Oakwood feel like home. It’s refreshing to have a manager who goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable. In this review, I will attempt to give the most honest review possible of this place which I give a solid 3 stars mostly because of price and location. Pros: - First and foremost, this is NOT a subsidized housing community. - Perfect location (Right of IH-95, Behind Oakwood and Dania Pointe Shopping Centers and nearly 5-10 minute drive to the following locations: Hollywood Beach, Hard Rock Casino, most major strip clubs, FLL airport, Aldi's/Publix Grocery stores) - Wired for VERY reliable ATT 1Gbps fiber internet!!! (Excellent if you work from home). Goodbye Comcast! - Quiet and safe quaint community. The Liberia neighborhood of Hollywood is next door to this community, but anything that happens over there doesn't make its way into this community. - Some of the cheapest units in Broward

I have been a resident of Oakwood properties for 4 years. Nancy has been the best Property Manager I have worked with to date. She listens to her residents and follows through with whatever they need. It is nice to have a Property Manager that helps make a place feel more like home. She is going achieve great changes while she is here.

I have been a resident for the past two years I have seen it all people dying in the laundry room because it due to drug overdose. Unit doors the kitten. And strong arm robberies in the neighborhood. Would not consider moving back in. Maintenance does not get taken in renters are considered not priority for damages done to the roof walls mold mildew . By far one of the worst place I have ever stayed in ....
