Oakwood Court

I've been here almost a year now. Common areas are usually kept up and cleaned. Units are being remodeled and are comfy and nice place to call home. The manager is always helpful and works well with the tenants. Garages a little far depending where your building is but at least they are available if needed, like I did. Parking was a problem due to people from other Apts taking our spots, but that has been pleasantly resolved. I signed another year to stay so I would personally recommend.

If I could give a .5 stars I would. I had a car that got towed there because it had flat tires and no license plate and granted I agree it should have been addressed but the manager ( Kayla ) never made a good effort to inform the person of that vehicle the problem. What did she do? She put up a paper addressing the car with a 10 day warning highlighted and I noticed when that paper had 2 days of being there and the car was gone and now I cant afford the $900 bill and will most likely lose that project car thanks to her impatience and no comprehension. She does not seem to have the best interest of her tenants, she rushed something that could've used a couple more days I would've contacted her the day off me finding out but she rushed to tow the car and to screw over her tenants! I love living here! 👏😊 the landlord is amazing! My apartment building is always cleaned and smelling good! Whenever I need something fixed, maintenance always comes fast! I never have issues with laundry (and if I ever have, it’s because theirs other people using it!) it’s usually gets fixed very quickly!

Lived at oakwood for two years. They had remodeled my unit before I moved in and it was nice for the price point. Kayla the property manager was always super kind as well!

Oakwood Court is a wonderful complex. The management to is communicative, timely, prompt and responsive. The organization as a whole has created a smooth transition during me and my family's move in. The community is quiet and friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live I would highly recommend Oakwood Court.
