Oakwood Apartments

Ever since we got the new manager at Oakwood Apartments, things have completely turned around! You can really see the difference. Maintenance requests are finally getting handled in a timely manner, and problems that used to sit for a while are now being taken care of quickly. The community has truly grown and improved. It feels more organized, cleaner, and better managed overall. I honestly believe it takes the right manager to turn an apartment complex upside down in the best way — and that’s exactly what happened here. The new management has done a wonderful job bringing positive changes. We’re even seeing upgrades like new appliances, which shows they’re investing back into the residents and the property. Nice staff always polite when I go in. Bad communication. I can never get a hold of any one in the office. I leave a message with the call center with my name, number, and reason for call and have never been called back. I wait 48 hours or more before I try again.The only way I get to speak to anyone is if I go in person to get an update on my application. Application was put in late due to missing items. I did not receive a phone call to correct this. I understand that the staff may be busy with current residents but I left a message as they requested.

Managment is horrible, the infestation of rats and stray cats is awful, the smell of garbage because of the lack of caring and the animals breaking them is horrendous, there is trash everywhere, laundry mats are always a mess and they take months to fix basic stuff. They are suppost to make all tenants follow rules but I cant stand the strong smell of weed in the parking lots so I dont know what they are thinking. The management is terrible. They never fix anything in the apartments. There has never been no consistency in management or maintenance and I've been here 11years management is not doing a good job they are never available for problems that are within the property and for everything they are charging when it is their duty to fix everything, I've been living here one again 11years and boy I can write a book about these apartments they can always stick something on your door about what we haven't did, done or pay but we can't get no services make it make sense 😡 if we boycott will we be wrong????

Office management is CRAP they never do anything in a timely manner, building are roach infested, mold in many units, water leaks units just falling apart. They tell you to put in a maintenance request but then it take 6months to over a year for them to fix anything
