Oakwood Apartments

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨I’ve lived in this apartment complex for several years and have faced ongoing issues, including water leakage in the kitchen, faulty heating in the living room, and a broken oven for months, and mice in the apartment. Despite multiple complaints, the management repeatedly promises repairs that never happen. I strongly advise staying away from this complex and its management

It has been almost a year. there is raw sewage leaking in 3 separate locations around the apartments. during the day there are noxious gases flooding the area in waves 10 minutes apart. at night its constant. we can leave the windows open or turn on the ac or else they rush into the apartments. nothing is being done about this, is there anyone who can help?

i dont know how this place hasnt been shut down yet, its in serious need to renovating not to mention the fact that there has been a septic issue that makes it smell like the sewers for over a year and no one has done anything about it Update: it's been well over a year but its finally been fixed Update pt 2: nope they just did a temporary fix and now it's even worse. There's 4 spots leaking raw sewage and someone is sueing

We had water damage and mold problems a few times over the nearly 4 years we lived here. Sometimes it was taken care of, but the last incident they knew about for a year and refused to come out and fix. I had to bring a 35w premature baby into an unsuitable living environment because of this. We were told by one of their workers that they are instructed to paint over mold instead of investigating why it's there. Stay very far away!
