Really enjoy staying here! The community is clean, quiet, and well kept. The Property Manager gets an A+. He's super responsive and always makes sure any issues I have are handled right away. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care and follows through every time. Great place to live overall!

I had a great experience with Dewayne. He always responded to my questions and helped me in the process of getting my leasing. I love the area. The building and around are super quiet, perfect for working from home. Everything at my unit is working perfectly, and the building is always clean.

I would not rent from them again, especially property at 456 Parkway. Had a leak from the roof that took them a couple of weeks to partly repair only for it to continue leaking. Then it took them months to send someone to finally fully repair the roof deck. Yet, they never came back to finish patching/repainting the area where the water leaked into the hall, after they mentioned it multiple times that they would be back. It wasn't the first time that unit had a leak, according to our neighbors the previous tenants also had a leak problem. so who knows what could be growing under the dry wall considering they were just going to send someone to repaint and not actually cut out the damage area.
