Lived here for more than 5 years. Very nice and convenient community. Location is awesome everything nearby. Thank you Andres for all the support throughout these years.

I had a great experience working with Andres Wells at Oakton Park Apartments. He assisted me with getting the necessary parking permit for my rental, and also went above and beyond when I was involved in a car accident in the parking lot. Andres was incredibly helpful and supportive during that stressful situation, making sure everything was properly documented and that I had all the information I needed. Throughout my experience, Andres was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about helping residents. His responsiveness and dedication really stood out. I truly appreciate all his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.
