Sebastian was honestly great to work with. He stayed on top of everything and was really consistent with communication. Even when I was super busy and didn’t always get a chance to respond right away, he would still check in and follow up, which I really appreciated. It showed he actually cared and wasn’t just doing the bare minimum. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. From the way he talked about living at the Oaks at White Rock, you could tell he genuinely loved it there — especially being so close to the lake. He talked a lot about the community, the amenities like the sauna, and how much he enjoyed being able to walk his dog around the area. Living at Oaks White Rock Lake has been a wonderful experience! The amenities are great, and the neighborhood is simply amazing, quiet, beautiful, and full of life. My apartment was delivered in excellent condition — clean, fresh, and filled with brand-new features that truly make it feel like home. I’m very happy living here and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Sebastian and Ruth have been incredibly supportive and always ready to help with any issues. Their kindness and professionalism make all the difference. Overall, this is a good place to live — comfortable, modern, and surrounded by a great community. Highly recommend!

I moved in yesterday, and from the moment I arrived for my apartment tour, Sebastian did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and make the transition easy. Ruth also took the time to clearly explain every document I needed to submit and complete. On move-in day, they proved their excellent service once again by handing me my keys, helping me download the apps, and even giving me welcome gifts. I’m giving them 5 stars only because 10 isn’t an option. Outstanding service and attention.

I have lived here for 22 years and have seen all kinds of management. I am so impressed with the current mgr. Ruth Palma , she has wonderful people skills! Sebastian, the asst. mgr is very bright and engaging and has great potential especially for his age. Dean the lead maintenance man has been here since 2005 and is very profecient and prompt. Jonathan, is somewhat new but does very professional work. However, he is extremely emotional and has a bad temper. However, his work is good. Overall I am very happy living here. Great location! Very peaceful, no crime, and great neighbors.

I have lived here for over 10 years, Oaks White Rock is great! I can walk down to White Rock Lake and enjoy nature. Ruth and Sebastian are friendly, professional people working in the leasing office. Dean and Jonathan are on top of things in the maintenance department. 😊
