WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED IN THE US!!! PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! I lived here for a year. At the beginning everyone was very nice and everything seemed ok. Then we started noticing tiny roaches. We told the leasing office and this was never addressed. They charge you for the trash valet service but no one ever comes around to pick up the trash, we had to take the trash ourselves to the dumpster each time. I put in work orders that were never taken care of. The water faucets always leaked and this increased our water bill. They never fixed that. The car registration system is HORRIBLE!! my car got towed TWICE!! When I went to ask about it they said my car's details were "somehow" erased from the system. In terms of the lease and deposit. I lived here from roughly October 2023 - 2024 and I can honestly say this was the worst apartment experience of my life. Seriously avoid this place like the plague and ignore the reviews of people saying management was helping them so much during the move in process. They do this to keep up ratings and appearance. Let's breakdown some other reasons this place is awful. 1. First off the pros... The price is great for the area but also shootings seem to happen frequently in the area. 2. If you live toward the back half of the complex, be ready to not be noticed at all. They do not care how trash piles up, and glass everywhere around trash cans and across parking lots. I can't tell you how many days I went to take out my trash and at least twice as much trash as could fit in the dumpster woul

To start off this place is massively overpriced for how old and run down it is. Roads are awful, units are all moldy and falling apart. Pest infested and full of dangerously worn infrastructure like broken stairs, rotting carports, and more. No rules are enforced here so expect noise at all times and garbage pile ups. Always crime going on in the area. Constant police showing up. Lastly management won’t take responsibility for damages to your property and will charge you undisclosed ridiculous amounts on top of rent for arbitrary fees. Slum lords. Edit: Don’t believe they’re responses saying they’re sorry and want to help you. They only do it to keep up rating and make it seem like they take action.

If I could put zero stars I would. The apartment i viewed for the tour is kept up to a different standard than the actual unit that most would move into so dont let it defy your expectations. When moving into the unit they said the missing outlet covers would be taken care of within the first few days of my move in date. My apartment still doesn't have all the outlet covers. On top of the that the circuit that has my dishwasher and garbage disposal on was wired incorrectly so my disposal doesn't work. The outlets in my dining room went out within the first 2 months of living there. They never printed out my mail key. Horribly roach 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳infested! Spent hundreds of dollars & still spending on poisons for their roaches.🪳 🪳🪳🪳🪳Unfair fluctuating prices. 💸 I barely just moved here a month ago, mind you I couldn’t move in until the END of August almost Sept.2025 because the roach 🪳 🪳🪳🪳infestation was so bad. They charged me $1200 just to move in & I couldn’t again because of the roaches 🪳 🪳🪳so that was a FREE $1200 for them (red flag). They got over. My base rent is $887. On Oct. 1st & the 2nd my rent was 1,080 & 1,050 last month or something similar. I go to pay my rent for Oct. 3, 2025 this morning which is the 3rd & my rent is 1,203.79.
