Oaks of Lakebridge

I moved in a couple weeks ago and everything has been just as wonderful as it was when I was going through the leasing process! I know some places are nice to you up until you get your keys then they completely ignore you but not Mellisa and Michelle at Oaks of Lakebridge! They were both so amazing throughout my leasing process, very responsive and friendly and helpful, and they have remained this way after I moved in! I’ve not had any issues with my place but I have popped into the office since and they were so lovely! These ladies make this feel like a home. I’m so grateful to them and excited to be a part of this wonderful community!

My mother lived here for 4 years before I moved here and she always spoke so wonderfully about this place. I have now been here for 7 years and I have no interest on ever leaving. Can't say enough about Monica. Since she took over as manager, this place has become even more beautiful. The grounds are well cared for, the pool is clean, we have a lovely community room and maintenance requests are always quickly addressed. After recent hurricane Ian ravaged central Florida, the staff here has worked diligently to get the property back to a safe, beautiful and comfortable state. So appreciated. Lovely place to call home.

I just moved here about 3 months ago and I absolutely have nothing to complain about. Mellisa is the assistant property manager here and she is wonderful! She made the process so easy for me to move in. Property is fantastically well maintained. Not to mention its also pet friendly. If your looking for somewhere to live this is by far the place to call home. Great location and friendly staff. I love the oaks of lakebridge!

I moved here in July 2020, days after my husband passed away. I’ve never lived in an apartment until then. From day one, it has been home to me until July 31 of this year. My 4 years here have been memorable and it was bittersweet to move. I loved living here! The community was always so friendly, office staff amazing, and I can’t exclude the maintenance guys. They are awesome! What I loved mostly about this community is the beautiful landscaping and the coziness of the community. I felt safe here and enjoyed walking the community often with my grandson, whether on foot or in his carriage, it was always nice and he always loved to go sit by the pond and loved the pool, where he learned to swim!! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at The Oaks of Lakebridge. The entire area is so well maintained and Michelle and Mellisa are very responsive to the needs of the residents. They do a wonderful job of planning activities that allow residents to gather and have fun. The maintenance staff has been wonderful as well. The few issues I have had have been taken care of it by the maintenance staff who have been great. Every issue is tracked on a database that tracks the issue and resolution. All in all, I have loved my time here and look forward to my future at ‘The Oaks.’
