I just happen to drop in and Ms. Vanetta was more than gracious, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the property. I’m definitely considering making The Oaks at Sugarloaf my home for the next few years. Thank you, Ms. Vanetta, for making my day so grand!

Good experience overall. The leasing staff is responsive and professional, and maintenance issues are handled quickly. The apartment is well-kept and in a nice area. I would also like to give special thanks to Mrs. Felicia, we were having some problem, but she resolved the issue very professionally and quickly!

Yuri is the best leasing manager! She was very helpful on making the process very easy and she got me in quickly! Very recommended

Love everything about this complex itself. My only gripe is I have neighbors who leave their garbage for valet on a Friday to sit up until they actually come to pick up on Sunday. Not ideal to come out to garbage that has been sitting in Georgia heat. Also, the floors are apparently very thin as I hear every loud step my upstairs neighbors take. Again, otherwise great place to live.
