It's been a great place to call home. Quiet and safe environment, staff is courteous and professional and maintenance is quick in emergencies. Recently there was a leak into my dining room fixture and within minutes of calling it in, someone from maintenance was there to fix it.

What really makes this place stand out is the management and maintenance team. They are professional, responsive, and always quick to fix any issues that come up. For example, when my sink was leaking, maintenance was there within a few hours to fix it properly. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful with any questions I've had. It's a great community and a wonderful place to call home.

This place sucks. The “good reviews” you see are all paid for, the leasing manager asks if you leave a good review she’ll deduct $50 off your balance. I lived out there for 2 yrs and it was nothing but nonsense. My car was broken into, a neighbor alarm went off every single night for months straight and the manager asked to submit video footage of the disturbance, raccoons lived in my ceiling for 2 yrs and all maintenance did was patch the holes they would make. When I moved out I forgot to change my address and they withheld mail from me and did not assist me, which withholding mail is in fact a federal and local offense even if they’re an old tenant. I am very very displeased with everything they have put me and my family through. I had several issues over the years and was helped very l
