Hands down one of the best property managers in Richmond and surrounding areas. I have worked closely with Josh on things big and small and he knows his stuff! To anyone who may be searching for a new loyal and relatable property manager, you can’t go wrong with Oakmont. They will treat you the way you would want to be treated and worked with on your investment.

Lazy. They barely made any effort to rent the property. A property that normally gets 2-4 offers the first 2 weeks had only one valid offer in a month. Difficult to work with, too.

Russ and Josh are phenomenal. They are extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Trust comes easy with these guys.

Josh is a professional. He’s very attentive and knowledgeable. If I ever have a problem in my rental property, he always answers in a timely fashion.
