Oakleaf Villages Apartment Homes

We had rented here for three years, where since then Oakleaf has gone through five different teams of staff changes including managers. The apartment complex started getting worse with the fees, such as charging yearly fees for a pet tracker service (that is a separate fee per pet) as well as charging monthly for car rent on each vehicle. So we decided we were going to take our chances with home ownership instead. We bought a house as close to our lease end as we could and gave our timely notice of move-out. When we bought the house we were unable to move the closing out any further so we ended up having to leave with one month left in the lease. Before moving out we approached the current apartment manager in person with the maintenance guy as a witness and asked will we owe anymore mont

Our move-in went smooth. Had some minor issues but maintenance has been super responsive, quick, and pleasant to deal with. So far a great experience and quiet.

About to be 5 months living at this community with my family and all I can say is Thank You God🙌for this place. The management staff including the maintenance Dept are absolutely wonderful 5⭐️ plus. The leasers are always very attentive with any concerns and Mrs.Jennifer ( 1 of the front leasers) is always going above and beyond making sure US the tenants gets taking care immediately. I had never waited at the office, service is always fast. I ❤️this community and the peace I feel here. Thanks to the Management for going above and beyond to provide us a beautiful and safe place to live. God bless this community and everyone who lives here.

Mr. Steven Taylor is a top notch maintenance guy. He pays close attention to every detail, ensuring he gets the job done right, the first time. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have lived here 2 years. A month ago, we experienced our first maintenance emergency. Our AC stopped working, It was midnight on a Saturday, during a heat wave. We called the emergency number provided and the issue was addressed immediately. Nick came out to install a window unit so that we could sleep comfortably. The very next morning the crew was back to address the issue further. And although the replacement part was back ordered and delayed by a few weeks, they did their best to make us comfortable in our apartment in the meantime, and kept us up to date on the situation (much appreciated, as I work from home) Our AC is now running better than ever and we are grateful for the kind and considerate staff who made us feel comfortable in a VERY uncomfortable situation.
