Oakland Apartments

Oakland Apartments was what we needed! Moving in from out of state, the dramatic jump in apartment rates was overwhelming, but Oakland made things a bit more feasible for us. Location is perfect, such that a commute into DC is easier than most other places. Available parking has also been a huge perk. The whole complex feels like a nice break from the surrounding city & is frequently maintained to uphold the quality of the landscape. The maintenance team responds very quickly to any requests & is very friendly. Luckily, we had the gym in our same building, so we could just walk downstairs for a workout. I lived in Oakland Apartments over 3 years, in 2 different units. Very reasonable price for the area. I wouldn’t say there was never an issue however, the management addressed them promptly. All employees are super nice including; the cleaning staff, maintenance and the admin. I made a good choice while picking my first apartment, would leave there again.

I've lived here at Oakland apartments for almost 2 years and all I can say is a job well done to the management. I don't praise lightly but this place is wonderful to live at. They have a quick turnaround when it comes to maintenance requests and they are always attentive to your needs. The property is very well maintained and always feels welcoming and safe. The apartments are all very clean and well renovated for others. I would recommend anyone to live here where everything is close and accessible but at the same time affordable and safe.

Great apartment, great community, great location! I have been living here for several months and so far everything has been wonderful and I have no complaints. The staff and maintenance are super kind and very helpful. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they are very quick and attentive. There is usually rarely anything wrong, but if there is, they try to solve the issue as soon as possible. The apartment buildings and the complex community is also clean and well maintained. If you want a comfortable living space for an affordable rate, I definitely recommend Oakland Apartments!!:)

Where do I start? I have been living here for almost 2 years, and I have no complaints! The apartment is maintained very well. From consistent cleaning to pest control, you can tell they work hard. I have not seen any pesky roaches or had to deal with anything of that sort. While I keep my apartment clean, I know we are bug free because the apartment workers are always working to keep a clean and fresh environment. Also, the maintenance team is awesome! They usually come in within the day to fix any issue. They are always respectful and ready to help when you need it. Finally, the members in the leasing office are amazing people.
