Oakhampton Place

Been here for a year already, best apartments I've ever lived at. It's a quiet place and other people here are so nice. Crystal and David are also very helpful! And Maintenance is always on top of things! I would recommend living here to everyone!

Me and my wife lived here over two years ago and came back due to how well kept the property is and how quiet it is. The apartments are roomy for the price. The staff is so helpful and quick when you need something. Crystal is great and knows the property as if it were her own. It will be hard to leave here.

Have been here for almost a year now and have really greatly enjoyed being here. Out of all the apartments I have lived at this one is the best. My apartment is spacious and it is so quiet and near everything here. The apartment has goregous paths along the property you can walk through. The only complaint I can even think of is parking is a little tight, especially at night but with the pathways linking all complexes it never too far of a walk, or if you want you can always buy a parking spot (which is what I did) The staff (especially David, he is great) are ALWAYS helpful, friendly and really help make the place great

My husband and I have been here for about 3 months now and so far it’s been pretty enjoyable. Major change from the medical center side of town. This is a quieter neighborhood which is nice, sometimes too nice I worry if I’m quiet enough lol. They seem to be older buildings so we’ve had some maintenance requests but they have been very prompt with fulfilling requests. I love the placement of the building I am in, I feel it’s very private and I love seeing the little critters right outside my patio that come in from the trail. I find myself spending a lot of time on my patio just to watch the squirrels. I’m not a people-y person so I haven’t really gotten to know the neighbors aside from some friendly exchanges. I’ve been living at Oakhampton for a year and a half now and I can honestly say it’s the best apt complex I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance is always on top of things with a quick turnaround time, the complex is quiet and well kept up with, everyone is super friendly, and everyone in the leasing office has always been so helpful and amazing. I’m currently moving into a new apartment in the complex and David has gone absolutely above and beyond to help me find the best apartment to fit all of my accommodation and needs and has been an absolute Godsend with assistance with the application process. He always goes above and beyond to help everyone as much as he can from looking at an apartment to signing the lease. I 1,000 percent couldn’t recommend working with him enough! In addition to David,
