The maintenance team does a fantastic job—always on top of things. I’ve noticed some staff are involved in personal relationships; while that’s their business, it may be something management would want to be aware of. Overall, I appreciate the maintenance team’s hard work and dedication

In my month or so of living here, I have had nothing but a fantastic experience! The maintenance staff is fantastic and very friendly and the leasing office staff are great as well. Also, the community events they have here as great as well and foster a real sense of community and care by the office! It is very quiet and peaceful here as well, in my opinion, this is a perfect place to live.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The complex has always been maintained clean and quiet. The manager and maintenance have done a good job with everything. I love that this place has activities and classes for us to learn and do things with neighbors, friends and family. I highly recommend this complex, yes theirs a waiting list but definitely worth the wait

The only reason this place looks nice is that its only a year old. Its poorly managed, and poorly maintained. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and are downright disgusting on holidays, and this pet free community has dog poop of every size shape and color in the grassy areas. The "play ground" is an unsafe piece of a crappy modern art someone said was ok for toddlers to play on. To top off all that, the manager will violate your privacy and go through your trash to find your mail the day after christmas when their unmaintained trash facility are overflowing and give you a lease violation if your trash happens to end up on the ground.

Do not move here. They discriminate against the disabled. I’m contacting my congressman because they gave my son a place, then said no, then said maybe. Now they say their on vacation. Never answer their phones and Alma is down right inept. If it wasn’t for me, my disabled son would be homeless. They triggered mama bear and I’m relentless
