Oakbrook Crossing Apartments

I been here a few months now and have 0 complaints. . Maybe the wasps nests need to be removed...but that's nature. It's very quiet on the side i live in. No roaches no rats... The community around me is chill and neighborhood cats are friendly. I wish this sides pool would be opened but it's not a priority... Staff has always answered my questions... They don't bother u. Love this place so far.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager here is incredibly unprofessional and provides some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re unresponsive, rude, and make it clear that residents’ concerns aren’t a priority. Communication is poor, and any issue feels like pulling teeth to get resolved. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value respect and proper management.

Could be a little bit better but better then nothing Cara is trying her hardest

I was hesitant of moving in at first based on the reviews, but im so happy I did. I’ve been living here for 5 months and they keep up with all work orders and are helpful with any questions I have. Neighbors are quiet and kind as well .

They got new owners cause Bobross decided to not deal with these properties. They try to tell you that it’s great, but pools are never open. Kids jump the fence and get in anyways. Laundry rooms never work. Roaches everywhere. They make excuses of “we are under new management,” but it’s been almost a year and they keep going through a lot of employees..They stopped taking housing which put a lot of ppl out of a place to live with only 1 month notice. They painted over old wood just to make it look pretty. There is a halfway house down the road. Lived here cause bobross took care of things before they sold and it was inexpensive. Now they want to charge for pest, trash, and pets on a monthly yet only come every few months unless asked for. They never answer phones or respond to emails. Shut
