I've resided at Chapel Valley Apartments for 7 years. This apartment complex is friendly and inviting. The maintenance is very good, and there are various activities for residents should they wish to interact with other residents. And, pets are allowed which is great since I've always had pets in my life. I believe pets add a great deal of love and companionship in a person's home. I plan on staying here for a long time until when I can no longer be independent.

Not a customer but your guy driving the truck with plate US4525 is an idiot. I've seen him multiple times on my morning commutes and he's always driving recklessly. A few days ago he was flying (80+) up the on ramp lane by Whitney Way on the beltline to pass a bunch of people. Just this morning he was moving slow in the passing lane, which made another truck pass him on the right, and then your guy flashed his brights like the other guy was in the wrong. Then he rolled through the metered light on the beltline on ramp at Park st. Not sure if he's on his phone or is just a moron but that guy shouldn't have a driver's license.

Having just visited this dental office for the first time, I must say that the experience was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The staff members were particularly engaging, even making the visit enjoyable for my sons. I wholeheartedly recommend Forward Dental Madison West. Their consistent appointment reminders are greatly appreciated, and I was impressed by their commitment to providing professional and prompt services. I give this dentist's office a resounding thumbs up for their wonderful service👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😉

The property management which is Linda and Jalene do a wonderful job here at Mary AllenWest towers in Galesburg Il. They help residents figure out resources to help with the problems they are having.as well as do their daily tasks. .

The type of people that you employ are always going to be a reflection of who you are as a company. I lived in an oakbrook residence for 2.5 years and had horrible experiences with management being rude and lying constantly. The Property Manager at the Brassworks Apartments harassed my guests and even chased them with her car and blocked their car in the parking lot. She’s made racist and discriminatory comments about guests and other tenants. This is not acceptable. After reading all the other horrible reviews about this company, and not receiving a response from higher up management, it is clear this is not a company anyone should want to rent from.
