New owners and management are horrible, was a great place until a year ago when they bought it, now they do what they want and if you don't like it they just tell you the owners can do whatever they want it's theirs. Would not recommend renting or buying from them. Can't have anything including kids playsets or kiddy Pools. When they took over they took every bit of enjoyment out of the place and gave us every reason to leave asap.

Want too much for new trailers. I know what goes in them and how long the take to build and there asking too much
