Oak Villa Apartments

Today I went to claim the rest of my grandfather ashes that I got email to an apparment since I used to live there and making a visit back I realize the reason why I left. I put an order in the mail from a website that gave services on deceased urn that I been waiting months almost more than a year but I had to move due to being in a situation where I needed to move my stuff to and my income was reduced. I was notified that the package arrived to my previous address since ones u put your address you can’t change it back while is on transit (and it was on transit for months I didn’t know when it will be arriving) and I haven’t move at the moment so when it arrived almost a month after being out of that apartment I returned to ask about it, unless u are not a person that wants to pay there t

First thing I would like to point out, is the lack of security. Since moving in we have noticed multiple people on property who do not live here looking through people's cars and or going door to door "trying to sell headphones". Combined with the maintenance not announcing when they are at the door or giving notice when they will come to fix anything, leads to a very undesirable living situation. I say this with a wife at home who has been at the house and calls me while I'm at work do to random people knocking at the door, now for the really big problems the manager. She is rude, demanding and refuses to acknowledge any of the criticism. Not only believing that she is always right but also believing she can do no wrong. I had the most horrible experience in this place, do not move here because you will regret it. They have a gang of thieves in the apartments which are protected by the condominium laws, these thieves do not waste time stealing your belongings but they go for everything and literally steal your car, suddenly you wake up and your car is not ready but the best of all is that when you go to report what happened in the office they tell you that the cameras are not for the surveillance of the residents, that is, they are not interested in offering you a safe place to live because it is not in their rules therefore their cameras are not to capture any incident that occurs in this place. These apartments have been under new management for a while now and have no complaints. They are super helpful and beyond nice. Some ppl just don't know or want to follow rules. The parking lot needs work but other then that they fix everything promptly. It's a very quite and calm property and they have security always making sure erything is in order.

Unsafe, why would any apartment complex tow a uhaul that clearly means someone is moving in but believe it or not they towed mine including two other vehicles of mine . . . Unacceptable management has some sort of contract with tow service to where they must be receiving some sort of benefit from towing resident and visitor vehicles will tow your vehicle in order to receive a partial take in the recovery of your towed vehicle, don’t complain because then you will receive several false accusations in order to evict you . . I wish there was an option to give them 0 stars because that is what they deserve
