Oak tree was the property management service for a property I was purchasing. Worst experience ever!! Unreturned emails for days on end. I took me over two weeks to get a copy of the lease for my tenants. It took another two weeks to obtain keys for one of my units, after repeated requests from my agent and the sellers agent. If this is how they conduct business, I would stay far away. Beware!!

If you are a homeowner looking for a property management company DO NOT hire these people!!! They have been a absolute nightmare to deal with. They allowed my mother in laws house to be completely trashed and now after 6 weeks they have done ZERO repairs with the deposit and have nothing but excuses and dodged calls. It has gotten to the point that I will be filing a formal complaint with the Oregon board of realtors tomorrow. I honestly do not know how this company is still in business.

I have to say working with these guys has been the easy. They are so friendly and so helpful. Everyone has been so amazing, Sarah the manager and Michele have been life savers. None of the reviews actually compare to how they treat there tenants. We had a friend who was looking for a place and went out to breakfast with the staff and was in that week! Please if you are looking for a (very) fast and effective team to find you a place, I HIGHLY recommend Oak Tree!! I cant stress it enough.

After struggling with other rental companies, Oaktree Realtors was a breath of fresh air. They quickly found us a perfect home after our previous place burned down and gave us multiple options to choose from, understanding the urgency of our situation. They went out of their way to make sure we could move in as soon as possible. From day one, they have been incredibly responsive to any issues. When the carpets weren’t as clean as expected, they had someone out within an hour to take care of it. They address maintenance requests promptly and are always respectful and courteous. Sarah and Michelle were a delight to work with! They are both so warm and friendly, we were able to view a few apartments the same day we filled out an application, and have a date to sign papers tomorrow. After the struggle of trying to find a more affordable place to live, they made it so quick and painless! I am so excited to move into our new place.
