Big shout out to the leasing staff! The manager, Celia, reassured me they were working on the hot water and delivered on the issue as quickly as possible. I appreciate the communication and kindness through it all. I feel confident that if I ever have an issue here, they will attend to the situation immediately. It's nice to know they care. Thank you for all you do.

Don't come here. Roach and rat infested, and they claim they come and "spray " but there are never ending roaches!!!! And NOW they are wanting to charge everyone $25 per car/month! What the hell for?? They don't take care of your needs. They are just greedy, money hungry people feeding off their tenats. They are being reported in several places!

Can y'all open the pool please it's hot and it's one of the reasons I leased here. They have a rat invasion they need to call real exterminators theyve sent maintenance twice and these rats keep getting in they are in the walls the longer I stay here the more I want to leave. Just call in a professional exterminator.

terrible experience with these apartments. my unit wasn’t properly cleaned before move-in there was a dirty nest behind the oven. i counted over 27 rats that were killed in my unit during my stay and one snake was caught. you can’t leave anything outside for more than 5 minutes without it being stolen. my a/c went out and the maintenance refused to fix it until 2 days later even though broken a/c is considered an emergency. rotten smell within walls despite keeping it clean. loud parties outside pool area and nothing done about it, constant fighting and arguing couples and family drama. laundromat always out of service due to vandalism and non tenants usage. sometimes at night you can hear the rats in the walls. My sink overflowed while i was at work due to build up over the years my floor

There is no hot water the new lady Celia promises us residents that she will make this property better but they are rude when we ask about hot water etc I haven't had no fridge in my unit since I moved in till there's rat and roaches in and out the walls
