Oak Terrace Apartments

Oak Terrace is the place to live! The apartments are well kept, grounds are picked up daily, pools are sparkling clean year round. Maintenance is quick to respond, laundry room & gym are always clean, and the ladies in the office are AWESOME!

Don’t rent here!! Tried to bill me for $4000 for no damage to apartment once I moved out. Everything in the apartments are held together with cheap glue which gives them reason to bill you an keep your deposit. Ladies in the the front are rude. If you live here you will ruin your credit!

Just found out there’s mold under the AC unit. I opened the air filter vent to check where a leak was coming from and there’s a bowl catching drips from the AC and an opened can of air freshener. The floor inside was flooded with at least an inch of water, hence the leak that’s going through teh wall and to the tiles. The walls inside are covered in spores of black mold. It’s Monday and a holiday today, so no one answered when I called. I did leave a message. For months now I’ve been seeing a dermatologist for these rashes that won’t go away, and now it makes sense I’ve been breathing in mold. I had even bought a shower head filter, thinking maybe it was the water. But they knew about this because there’s a bowl in there and air freshener….negligence on their part. I hope they call tomorr

My daughters and granddaughters live here in two separate apartments and during the flood this past week I was so worried they were going to be flooded in or worse that water would go into the apartment but the water never reached the sidewalk! These apartments are well maintained and structured. No issues during or after with plumbing or water whatsoever. The ladies in the office are super friendly and always ready to answer any questions or concerns and their maintenance crew are awesome and very knowledgeable. The grounds are always clean and the place is quiet and inviting. The pool is open year round that I can see, and it's always and I mean always clean! I definitely recommend Oak Terrace Apartments to anyone that's looking. I'd live here if I didn't own my own home! ❤️🙏

Do not recommend living here! They have so many rules you can barely LIVE. Our first morning we woke up with toilet shit water/tissue paper coming from upstairs filling our tubs and sinks! Their maintenance is slow at responding and don’t have much experience everytime they have come out to my apartment to FIX something they make the matter WORSE. And the face of the whole place FRONT DESK does not care about you or your family. They care more about giving attitude than doing their jobs!! This place needs updated appliances countertops everything! It always smells like a litter box with all the cats everywhere.
