Disappointed! By far, the dirtiest unit I've rented, in my 40+ year renting history. Bet this was a very nice property, when new. It's slowly becoming another poster child for neglected, senior, subsidized USDA-RD housing, in need of government-funded rehabilitation. Maintenance and management, both need improvement. This senior/disabled community could really use a tenant's association! The BEST senior properties have these, as forum for residents to feel heard, negotiate and get things done.
