Oak Ridge Park Apartments

I have only been here a week, but I've been especially impressed with the office staff. Jennifer has been great to communicate with and has been diligent and thorough in answering my questions and helping me through the application process. I like the quiet atmosphere in this area and the apartment is more spacious than I expected. So far, it's a relaxing place to live.

My mom and I have been living here for 3 years now, and we've never had any bad experiences with maintenance, or office management. They definitely go over and beyond to keep our community safe and maintained! I would definitely recommend Oak Ridge Park Apartments to anyone who's lookingfor a good safe home!

I’ve lived at Oak Ridge for over a year now and have loved my experience there. Kellie in the office is extremely sweet and helpful with everything. Pat who works in maintenance is so quick to respond to requests and help where needed. It’s a great location, cute apartments and nice neighbors. One of the best places to live in Olathe!

I have enjoyed living here for two and a half years, my apartment faces a courtyard and has 4 mature trees which brings me joy every day. It's a safe, friendly community of folks and I am grateful to be here. Our maintenance person is fast to respond and gets the job done, thank you Pat!

I have lived here since 2018. Great place to live, very peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is always taken care of on a timely manner. Will still here until I buy or move out of Kansas.
