Destiny was AMAZING!! She did this process of moving so smooth and exiting, since the tour, application process and give me the keys for my apartment, loved her. The apartment looks very clean and beautiful, looking forward to live here!

I toured with Destiny and she was absolutely the best! incredibly professional and has such a kind soul. The staff here alone is enough to make me want to live here. Very clean and great looking property.

If you want to sleep at night and you have to work early the next day, this is not the place for you. I have no issue with the lovely leasing supervisor coz she’s very nice but the managers who’s suppose to impose peace in the community is not responsive. The loud speakers of your neighbors will be 24 hours running on loud volumes. Even on my day-off i just can’t be at peace. The metals on my ceiling fan is even vibrating from the noise. I complained twice and I got a letter of rent increase 😆 This management is a complete joke. I need to catch some sleep on my next residence.

If I could give negative stars I would. This has been the worst experience. I receive a unit infested with roaches and gnats. I’ve spent well over $100 on sprays and traps that aren’t even helping because it is so bad. I reported this immediately. It has taken over a month for pest control to show up and when they finally do I catch them on film talking shit about me and their manager in MY apartment. Meanwhile I am still waiting for maintenance requests to be completed from me moving in back in October. Not to mention the office staff having absolutely no clue what they are doing. Sending me the incorrect lease, charging me three different rates. They have absolutely no communication or concern for their residents well being. All they care for is receiving money and screwing people over.

moved here with my family because we were promised it would be a clean and peaceful environment. and it has been nothing but the complete opposite. if you live on the bottom floor, and hear actual domestic violence upstairs after calling the police and contacting the leasing office. nothing will be done about it even with evidence and proof. there’s trash and dog poop all over the grass and a sudden influx of roaches. the leasing office used to be good but they’re under new management and now it’s like talking to a brick wall if you call them. all i do is listen to my upstairs neighbors beat eachother up and scream at their children all day long and nobody will do anything about it. we pay way too much for this. you notice how the reviews used to be good. this is also a private sub, it’s
