Oak Park Apartments

Constant, rampant bike theft and cars being broken into. They will cut through the rails or bike rack to get to it. My bike had both wheels stolen despite a lock, and management could not care less. I witnessed someone walking off property with a wheel in broad daylight. There are also non-residents intoxicated roaming the property regularly. Management will not pay for security cameras or any form of guard. My neighbor residents have had their cars regularly gone through. Maintenance is very on top of any issues in my apartment and have been the most responsive of any other building I’ve lived in. Front office is friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment is old and comes with all the cons associated with that. The benefit is (for me) the square footage for the price. It smells like weed

Maintenance team always go above and beyond. Problems are fixed immediately and without question or hassle. And all around super friendly/great! I’ve lived in Austin complexes for 15 years, maintenance has always been an issue. Not here!

Great apartment complex, gorgeous salt pool, amazing location, and maintaince has always been very quick (legit max. 3 days at most to fix issues from when I submit the request). Price is very fair for all you get.

Emmanuel, Corey, Roberto, and Alex from the maintenance team are exceptionally excellent! Moved in 2 weeks ago and they’ve been consistently responding to each maintenance request within hours (sometimes even minutes)!

Oak Park is an older complex, so you can imagine that issues arise here and there. The maintenance team is always quick to solve your problems and they really are incredibly friendly. No complaints
