There's a reason they have such a low rating and if it were possible I'm sure they'd have a rating of 0 stars. They don't fix anything here cause their maintenance are either lazy or are unlicensed and are in over their heads cause when they show up to "fix" something they barely do anything and then they tell you that they have to leave and that they'll return the next day but never come back. So because of this nothing ever gets fixed so when you report a repair for the same issue again management won't take accountability and will claim they did fix it and that it's the tenants fault it's not working. So what do you do next if they refuse to make repairs? You call code compliance. but guess what? If you make complaints about repairs or if you call code compliance they purposely make it

Terrible place to live. Their maintenance workers smoke weed during the day in-front of management. They dint fix anything here. Go by and drive around building 19, youll see they store tires and have vacant apartments full of black mold…. A health hazard ⚠️

Put in my deposit a month from now and still haven’t received it to my bank. My bank even denied me my refundable deposit ‼️ someone is stealing money there as they were when o stayed there few years back. If I don’t get my deposit today I will be seeking legal steps. These apartments should have been tore down LONG TIME AGO 5 thumb down 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I really personally don’t recommend theses apartments they talk over you and they will take ur money even if u have proof you paid they will ignore u and say u owe more on rent and the maintenance man’s don’t do their job 😂!!!!!

Just moved in , process was fast and easy,. The workers in office Claudia and Xavier are easy to talk to and if you dont understand they break it down for you ! They are trying really hard to maintain clean ,to have a Safe environment, for all the familys .Give them a chance you will enjoy your new home!!
