Oak Manor Apartments

I lived July 10-August 15, 2021 (312 Oak St.). I had originally planned to live one year, but there was a serious health hazard that I discovered after i moved in. After long research, I figured that the apartment is “un-inhabitable” at least at my emotional level. I was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep somewhere else every night. By law, home should be free of harm of health, comfort or safety. Thinking of how I could be exposed to health hazards, I rather wasted money. I requested Gabriel Minsky to fix the issue, but he refused to address my complaints. Out of desperation, i asked (begged) him to move me to a different unit, knowing that there is a vacant unit. He still did not respond until after I begged several times. He later said that he could move me only when I brought someone
