Oak Lawn Place

I've lived here since this apartment complex has opened. I've watched and followed along with its growing pains and getting settled in. The one thing that has always been a constant and that has been the best of all the amenities is the employees. Donald the apartment manager has always been ready to help me and handle any issues I have immediately. That really does make a difference when you're talking about apartments, the quality of the workers

This Property is an Amazing Place to Be . The Property Manager Mr. Donald & the Assistant Manager Ms. Erica and their Team are simply Wonderful. Very Kind and Professional, the Ambiance of this Property is also very Detailed. I Love it

This is mainly a hud housing for seniors but I am grateful to have a room here with one of its residents. Great staff and great place to live.

Three floods from poor plumbing connections from Sept. 26 until Feb. 18, 2025. Pooooooor mgmt. Lousey. Theft abounds. Eleveators and electronic doors malfunction often since last year. Not kinks working out. Poor building skills. No great owner oversight. Small rooms in units. Windows leak. Repairs on front and side windows. Back windows had issues but window repair teams all said that they didn’t have a safe way to get crews and a cherry picker ‘bucket’ up to floors above 1 ST floor due to the uneven slopes below. Constant lies by two managers. Repairs seldom done let alone the issues being addressed! Pffft! As of Sept. 2025, there was STILL NO WATER DAMAGE REPAIR done by mgmt. to my unit on the Fourth floor! They said they had sied the plumbing contractor! Obviously THAT D
