Oak Lane Apartments

This place is horrible I’m telling you WARNING!!! They never fix anything the washers do not work only one the dryers don’t only one so your fighting to wash if you don’t have one of your own then the set up for you personal one is up stairs in the bedroom closet floors are not sturdy enough to hold mold when you shower upstairs it’s leaking down everywhere. People with pets don’t pick up the poop off your lawn area . Management is okay. She is nice but they have no surveillance. My kids bikes were stolen my car was damaged by another tenant. They failed to remove that person from premises. They don’t change filters or do maintenance like spray so it’s rodents in the apartments. It’s nasty and they charge too much for the apartment. They don’t have dishwashers. It’s a bad place to stay and

Nothing but good to say about living here. The current management is obviously trying hard to improve the property. They constantly are doing improvements all over, and doing the best to make everything look better. I feel safe and haven't had the first problem since moving in 9 months ago. We are renewing our lease when it's time because we love our apartment and everything about it. Also, the interior is updated to current colors and finishes and looks very nice. I looked EVERYWHERE for a long time before choosing my apartment and in my opinion this is the best bang for your buck in Baton Rouge.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We've had a positive experience living at Oak Lane Apartments. The leasing office has always been incredibly attentive and responsive to any concerns we brought to their attention. Anytime there was an issue within their control, they addressed it promptly and professionally. Special mention to Bria, who has been super helpful and an absolute joy to interact with—we will definitely miss her! Their dedication to maintaining a good living environment is clear, as they’ve even evicted multiple tenants who had become known for causing problems. While we’re relocating for job opportunities, we’re grateful for the time we spent here and would recommend Oak Lane Apartments to anyone looking for a place with a management team that truly cares about its residents.
