Oak Hill Apartments

They were nice but still the unit i wanted to see was denied access too. And it was available to see. Like it was open and being worked on but still could see but was denied and that makes me unhappy. Ill be leaving now good day.

I've been living here for almost 3 years now. We now have a new property manager who is willing to make improvements to the complex and help renters save on electricity by installing nest thermostat in the apartments. This place is now also dog and cat friendly. The best part is that the people are respectful and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Grounds are maintained daily, pool is always clean, hot tub as well. Playground for the kiddos is as clean as you can reasonably expect, and it’s a safe part of town. Preschool is across the street and elementary school is just over the hill down the road. Very kid friendly area, and probably the best for the price. New management has definitely helped!

BEWARE: There are insane tenants who claim property outside of their units and management condones it. I do NOT recommend living here if you're a normal person who doesn't like "Karen" drama. The office staff are grossly incompetent and unresponsive.

Living here has been great. Grounds are well kept, and the staff is friendly. Neighbors are neighbors, and the sky is blue.
