Oak Grove Apartments

Stairwells are a death trap rusted, cracking, holes in the surface structure of the floor. Illegal parking of the handicapped parking areas and others. Filthy Lobby / Elevators is not kept the way the cleaning people leave it. Due to NASTY TENANTS who are to lazy to carry to put their trash in it's proper place ( DUMPSTERS). Tell them we need both elevators working too many people rely on the elevator and we have quite a few handicap tenants/children. You can't carry a baby, stroller up 4 floors day and night. That's ridiculous we have complained numerous times and the rent office and emergency number and they said the maintenance supervisor said he doesn't make enough money to come on weekends. These are brand new elevators this is ridiculous. Please come to oak Grove building B. I belie

The cleaning staff is the best and the maintenance too. Every Monday the have pest control, very quiet place, with a tree , very nice

I want to recognize someone who truly stands out Mary F. Massena. She works both in the office and at the apartment, and I can honestly say she is one of the most kind, helpful, and dedicated people I’ve ever met. Mary is always willing to go the extra mile to help others, no matter how big or small the task. Whether it’s offering support, solving a problem, or just being available when someone needs her, she does it all with patience, professionalism, and a warm heart. Marry genuinely cares about people, and it shows in everything she does. Marry makes a big difference in the lives of those around her, and it’s truly appreciated. Thank you, Mary, for everything you do you’re an amazing person, and your hard work never goes unnoticed.

Horrible management I have spoken several times with the manager about handicapped parking not being available because non handicapped people are parking all day in front of the office and all night the towing company will not come unless called by the office which they don’t having people sleeping in the staircase and nobody cares

I was told a 2/2 to rent wud be $1400 a month. When I seen my appartment, it seem as if it was abandoned. Everything had to be replace, from kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and etc. I was told if it's not broken (regardless of the condition) it will not be replace. I would have to pay extra for that. To renovate my appartment, my rent will be $1565 a month. I agreed and this is what I got as renovation. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but appliances were very cheap and the workers has no experience at all. Remind you my AC stop working. Choosing Oak Grove as a place to live was the biggest mistake. Now I'm stuck on a lease that I can not take myself out of.
