Oak Glen Apartments

I have been a resident of Oak Glen Apartments for over a year now. Residents are either friendly or keep to themselves. It’s quiet, clean, and most importantly, affordable. Management is led by Josephine. She stays in communication for all of my needs, whether it’s work orders or paperwork. She has even helped me complete my lease correctly, as well as my renewal, to ensure everything was filled out properly. The head of maintenance is Nigel. If he isn’t cleaning up trash around the premises, he’s being transparent about every repair my unit needs. Whether it’s big or small, I can count on Nigel to remedy the situation. I feel safe knowing the police station is located on John Young Parkway, and officers are kind enough to patrol and even ask management if there is anything they need to

I visited Oak glen apartments for information today and I’m very pleased with community and the Property manager Emely. She is pleasant and help me with all the information I needed. I will be applying to live here.

I Mrs.Roberts, just moved and Mrs.Josephine and Mr.Nigell were saddened for me to leave, they are so nice and sweet I'm going to miss them both. I loved the the complex because it were so clean and quiet day and nights. I will recommend this complex to my friend and family because the staff is caring and very professional.

I Ms. Joyner just want to say thank you Mrs.Josephine and Mr. Nigell for being such great people to have as my office manager and maintenance guy. Mrs. Josephine I could write a book on you for being good at what you do here at Oak Glen. you're really for your tenants. I Ms. Joyner have been living here for 4years now and any problems I have had if I brought it to your attention you would get right on the problem. I wouldn't ask for any other officer manager. I appreciate everything you do here. Now Mr. Nigell he's a hard working maintenance guy if I have any maintenance issues he would go out his way to make sure things are done in a timely matter. I must say he keeps the property clean and is professional and friendly at the same time. You guys please keep up the good work. And again

The office Manager is very kind and knowledgeable about Oak Glen Apartments Josephine and Nigell keeps the place up to par as best as they can. I have been a tenant since 2012 and I love staying here no drama going on. Thank you for their services.
