Oak Gardens Apartments

I’ve had a great experience so far at Oak Garden Apartments, and I especially want to recognize Nancy in the office; she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. On the day I moved in, the A/C/HVAC unexpectedly broke. With it being unusually cold (around 30°) in Hollywood, Florida, I was honestly worried I’d need to order space heaters just to get through the night. I sent a message and no sooner did I hit send than the head maintenance tech called -- and then showed up with a brand-new unit and replaced it right away. After living in Brickell Miami and other major cities, I’m used to issues like this taking days, and often the tech just tries to tinker with the unit instead of fixing it properly. I wanted to take a moment to thank Nancy for all that she does! It is not often you find the property contact so nice and available (and has a good personality)! The property is full of good neighbors that actually say hello and how are you! I think that speaks volumes for how great these apartments are. I really enjoy living here and you don’t often get a place that’s quiet at night but here it is! The maintenance crew is awesome as well!

Want to say big thanks to Nancy. She showed us all possible options to rent, explaind everything about the place. She is a great manager and very amiable person. Very excited to become a part of Oak Gardens community!

I’m a current resident at oak gardens and I can honestly say that new management Nancy is top tier. She stays on top of all requests, maintenance work and etc. Thank you Nancy for making our community a better place.
