My first visit here and the hallway were clean and free of clutter and fall hazards. Attempting to visit residents or rather have them buzz you in for a visit wad difficult due to some malfunction. Family members should have keys to the front entrance and their loved ones' apartment just in case of any emergency. It saves time and excess energy.
