Oak Crossing Apartments

Overall pretty nice apartments. The maintenance people are very nice and very quick with responding. However The office staff works at multiple locations and are only in office maybe 2 times a week. I couldn’t even drop off my mail key my last day because they weren’t there. They also either respond to your emails right away or after a couple of days. Just a lot of inconsistency, which isn’t the office staffs fault as i’m sure working at multiple locations they are worn thin between 100s of people. The only other thing I could really complain about is the showers aren’t properly caulked/sealed at the bottom and do grow what appears to be black mold. It cleans out easily but i have seen a review from simone else on here so i’m assuming it’s a complex wide problem. The amenities are great. T

The complex is beautiful but the staff is borderline incompetent or they just simply do not care. I moved out in April and they tried to charge me through the end of May until I realized and called them out. They claimed this was the agreement and I had to show them my end of lease contracts proving April as my move out. After all that It still took them a month to administer a refund, begrudgingly mind you. The ladies in Accounting were very adamant on being rude and condescending to me despite the fault being on Oak Crossing/whoever owns them now. Now, I accidentally had a package delivered at my old address here. I have called and left 3 voicemails asking if they could aid in me retrieving it and I’ve gotten nothing back. I would honestly give this apartment no stars, first the office staff never answers call when you need them, they are not open during hours that are listed online, there was mold from our shower on the wall and tub liner. We moved out and nothing was professional at all. They don’t do a walk through at the end, they will charge you a large amount but give you discounts till the debt is paid so if you can’t afford it just wait a few weeks and they will discount the price. They were originally charging us $500 to replace the carpet on the stairs then gave us a 60% discount and it went down to $200, I went out of town and had my mother take the money order bc the online portal was down, she asked them if they could give a receipt and the office girl said we don’t normally do that, so again ve

Our experience moving into oak crossing had been wonderful! Jordan helped us find the perfect unit for us and I can’t thank her enough!

Communication needs to be better! I’ve only lived here a few months now and almost every time I call to the office regarding my home and I get no answer. I called a couple weeks ago regarding rent, left a voicemail and to this day I have yet to receive a call back. Do better. Thanks.
