Oak Crest Apartments

Lived here almost a year, apartment has had mold constantly. Report the problem and nothing gets done about it. Put in maintenance request and you normally wait a month or so before it gets done. Refrigerator has went out 3 times and replaced twice. Everything had to go in the trash all three times over $600 worth of food and nothing was replaced! Bikes were stolen off the porch and after getting a police report and giving it to them, they wouldn’t look at the cameras and tell me anything. I’ve reported videos and pictures of the mild and was told to leave it there so they could come look at it but they’re only open 3 days a week as of right now. When the issue was occurring they didn’t have a property manager and had floaters come in randomly so nobody ever came to look at the mold proble

I moved here a year ago. The office people wasn't that great. I always felt attacked but we have a new woman Her name is Mandi. She has fixed this place up a lot. She decorates for holidays she does community party's she involves us as tenants in everything. She is really doing an awesome job. I'd say if she if ever left a lot of tenants would too. She cares about how we feel as tenants and as single parents.

They are horrible can't keep an office manager or maintenance. They're lazy instead of doing there job they wanna evict u.. infested with bed bugs and roaches ik with my own experience. Don't recommend at all. The office manager they have at the moment stays in he car half time.. if u ain't on a voucher don't ask for anything to be fixed that's for sure. Didn't have a mailbox key the whole time I was there and my box was broken.

Manager, Kelley, is most UNPROFESSIONAL and incompassionate person to deal with. How she was chosen for the manager of the apt complex is beyond me.... She doesn't live on the premises and when one of the tenants had a fall(slipped and fell on water in the bathroom from apt above her), she NEVER came or call or ANSWERED or returned a call to show she cared..... Instead, she EVICTED her with a vindictive attitude. Her time management skills also suck: A KCDC .voucher came in for the tenant and it took Kelley 22-MORE DAYS to get an inspection, and 13-14 more days to get in touch with KCDC to sign a lease.....by the time KCDC did their30-days to sign the tenant was behind in rent because Ms Kelley WOULDNT TAKE ANY RENT MONEY DURING THIS TIME BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HER.....SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW

I lived here for about a year and the manager kelly and maintenance man Michael are the best!!!!!!! she helped me get into my apartment fast and easy anytime something needs to be done in the apartments the maintenance man is there to help asap ..no complaints they have a wonderful staff looking over the complex
