Oak Creek Apartments

My grandson and I have just been here at Oak Creek for 1 year. With a list of several "little things" that needed tending to I really did not expect these things to be taken care of for awhile, let alone the same day. Don and Doug came back in minutes with tools in hand to address each and every issue about a minute after the inspection was done. Good going guys! I want you to know you are appreciated and valued and it means a lot to us that reside in these spaces to have things in good working order all the time. If I could give you a hefty raise....I surely would!!! Sue B

My move in here from out of state was wonderfully simple, never had an easier, smoother process. Drew, McZenzie & Rachel were so attentive & quick to respond with all of my questions. Drew even brought my online-ordered mattress up to my apartment bedroom when it arrived before I did! The complex is well-maintained: no trash lying around, clean & manicured & beautiful trees & greenery. The kitchen appliances are updated, & there is ample natural light in the apartment. If you're looking for a lovely home in a quiet part of the city, a short drive to all the fun & shopping, & appreciate many trees & a great leasing office, come to Oak Creek.

I’ve had a great experience as a resident at Oak Creek. The staff is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about resident satisfaction. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and with great attention to detail. The property is well-maintained, and communication from the management team has always been clear and courteous. I appreciate the consistent level of service and would definitely recommend Oak Creek to anyone looking for a well-managed community in a great location.

Drew is very helpful in answering all of my questions and maintenance. I moved across state and the assistant manager was very helpful and making a normally stressful process run a lot smoother. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Just to say prior to my spew, English was not my first nor best subject in school, and I suck at speeches but: Been here at Oak Creek since 2020. 5 years it’ll be this June I believe? I gotta say, it ain’t a 5 star resort, but it really is home. Thanks Guardian Management & all, but to be honest I came here to thank & give a 5 star rating to the Community Manager, Chelsea Fredricksen. Ya see, Ms.Fredricksen saved my life. I was at my lowest of low point in life, had everything taken or ripped away from me. Essentially I was experiencing what felt like the end. I was about to(so I thought) be evicted , without a vehicle, no job, drowning in a bottomless pit. Thanks to Chelsea, I found the bottom of that pit & was able to stand on my own 2 feet, take a step back & breathe. I also, did not lo
