Oak Chase

I visited these apartments after my locator sent me the listing. I won’t get into personal details, but when I arrived, the manager asked Keyanna O to assist me. She appeared irritated about having to help, but as my mom always taught me, I chose to respond with kindness. We toured the apartment, and while it seemed fine, she didn’t walk us through the space, provide much information, or ask if I had any questions. Thankfully, I had my niece—who is a leasing agent—on FaceTime along with my sister, and they helped guide me through what to look for. After the tour, we returned to the office. She thanked me and handed me a paper, offering no explanation other than saying that everything I needed to know was on it—essentially implying that any questions I had could be answered by the documen

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment complex! The management team Alena and Christa are super responsive and always friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the trash is always picked up. The units are spacious, and I really appreciate the quiet, welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the location is super convenient with everything I need just a short drive away. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free living environment!

4 years in at Oak Chase and living in my third apartment at the complex. Great experience overall and they have accommodated and took care of minor issues I’ve had during the first year I lived here. Clean, quiet and always felt safe. Only downfall is rent is rising everywhere. Other than that, good experience.

Raven C is taking time out her off day to come in and assist the residence displaced from the fire in building 5. This type of dedication and customer service is what makes Oakchase a great place.

Just recently moved in with my boyfriend. We worked with Christa and Alena and they were wonderful. They helped is everystep of the way as first time renters. We got the largest 1 bedroom and love our new cozy space. Location to pool and laundry make it the perfect location. After this lease we plan to transfer to a two bedroom. So far we have experienced no maintenance or pest issues. Thank you girls!
