I’ve had the pleasure of working with NYC Best Property Management Company. From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly responsive, thorough, and dedicated to ensuring that my property is well-maintained and that tenants are happy. Their communication is top-notch, always keeping me informed of any issues and proactively addressing any concerns before they become problems.

I have had to contact this management company twice during their three-year tenure overseeing the building. The first instance was regarding the refund of my move-in deposit, which was only processed after numerous emails and phone calls. The building has since transitioned to a new management company. As I am enrolled in auto-pay, my maintenance payment for January was deducted at the end of December. However, the information provided to the new management incorrectly states that my account is in arrears, which is inaccurate. This miscommunication is concerning, but the larger issue is that, despite multiple emails and phone calls over the past week, no one from the previous management company has taken the initiative to verify and confirm my account status with the new management. Brooklyn Home Management has been managing our building for some years now. John and his staff are extremely responsive and efficient, listen to our concerns and give good advice (technical, managerial and financial) with our interests in mind. We've had a very good experience with them.

BHM has been managing our coop for several years. When they started we went in a bad financial situation. Within 6 months they had improved our finances substantial and now, after 2 years we are on solid footing with a small reserve. They have been quick to respond to all shareholder concerns in a timely manner and have been very professional in all dealings with the coop board. I would have recommend them wholeheartedly to and building looking for quality, professional management.
