DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They previously deleted their property’s Google listing after it reached around 50 negative reviews and re-appeared with a clean profile. They are already back to a 1-star rating in less than a week. That alone should tell you a lot. The building itself looks nice from the outside and the other tenants are fine — but management is absolutely terrible. In one year living here, we have gone through three different management companies and at least five different property managers. The current manager is spread across multiple properties, so it feels like we effectively have half of a manager. I had a deposit refunded from my apartment run by this company, and after I deposited it, they blocked payment. So I didn't get my $500, and my bank charged me $20. This was a few years back. I contacted them and never heard back.

NXT Property Management is absolutely awful. Our air conditioning went out, and the whole experience showed just how unqualified they are to manage property. Day 1: They assured us the technician they sent knew the property inside and out. He spent the entire day here, and the only thing that got done was replacing air filters—nothing to actually fix the AC. Day 2: They finally sent a real HVAC technician, who immediately said the system required a Mitsubishi certified repair person. Day 4: After more waiting, a Mitsubishi technician arrived only to tell us this was a commercial unit and he wasn’t authorized to repair it. Buyer Beware: All that gillters isn't gold First time dealing with Nxt Property Management. Leased a new built at Indigo 1660. The contract this written in the interest of the Nxt Management. This is no consideration for the Tenant. If they give you a property the looks like a construction site and you decide not to rent after day 3. They will tell you they will have their lawyer come after you. There is no humanity the employees in the cooperate office don't care about you. They work for a company that steals from tenants when they want out of there lease. They advertise the property as a professionally cleaned new built but put in the contract in as in condition. They put my families helath at risk with industrial materials in the vents cement and all. I asked them to clean the property

Avoid NXT if possible. The pool is literally green. When i inquired for a timeline about the fix, i was told they need to order a part and that’s what is taking so long. (it’s been 12 days, overnight the part). Garage doors have been broken for 13 days, stuck wide open in downtown SLC. We’ve had issues with break ins in the past, but that doesn’t seem to be a concern for the property manager. I was told they will not accommodate the pricing and that they’re working with a third party company, so “it’s not really on us”. Insane statement to say to a tenant.
