I’ve now had two extremely frustrating experiences with NWA Realty, and I feel compelled to share them so that other prospective renters can proceed with caution. In both cases, I was the first applicant for the property. I submitted my application promptly, paid the required application fee, viewed the property, and followed every instruction provided. I have excellent credit, more than sufficient income, and a good rental history—my current landlord has described me as an outstanding tenant. Despite all this, both applications were ultimately dismissed without transparency or accountability. Rented a duplex from them for over 6.5 years. They were by far the best landlord / property manager I've ever had. Not only did they allow us to rent from them with three large dogs, but they responded very quickly to maintenance requests and issues as they came up. When we moved out, I was worried they might be like every other property manager I've had and try to unfairly keep our deposits. To my pleasant surprise, they continued to do right by us up until the very end and returned the vast majority of our deposits, minus a small (and fair) repair fee. Highly recommend!
