Contacted us 12 hours before closing time to tell us they have to push it back another week since they hadn’t heard from the appraiser, who I assume is hired by them. Highly unresponsive to our emails and gave us no warning about any challenges. We had movers and everything scheduled for that day. Told us their manager would call us back but never did. Unacceptable behavior. Go anywhere else for a loan!

The whole team was very communicative and made sure they explained everything to us. Andrew Jones did a great job putting together the welcome kit including information on where to get all the necessary information we need including phone numbers and addresses. We are very grateful for all your help.
