NVHomes at The Woodlands at Greystone 55+

We will be moving to the Woodlands at Greystone 55+ community. Maria Wood quickly responded to our questions and guided us through the offer and selection process. Such an easy process. We are thrilled to be joining the community.

We’ve had a great experience with NV Homes. There are always issues with new builds and sub contracted work so it’s all about the warrenty and service after the close. Over the last year NV has repaired or fixed every warrenty claim to our satisfaction. I would recommend an NV Home. Love our 55+community.

We moved into our home in Oct 2020 and love the community. This is our 3rd new construction home and are very impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the home. We have also found everyone to be very responsive to our needs beginning with the sales process. The project manager kept us informed throughout the building of our home and NV customer service has been very responsive post-settlement. I also love that we don't have to worry about snow removal or landscaping! I am looking forward to the completion of the community clubhouse, pool and racquet courts as well as meeting all our new neighbors!

We just moved into our new home in the Woodlands at Greystone and want to give a special 'Thank You' to John Sweeney, our project manager. John was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We had some special challenges because we were the first to move into a new section. John was on top of things and advocated for us on more than one occasion. He explained everything clearly and made our move smooth and painless. Thank you, John - you're the best!

Having bought an NV home before we watched as this community was established through 10 years of planning. Once available we were the first to buy as we knew NV homes would deliver quality, and the location held a special memory for us. Throughout the process our sales team (Holly) and project manager (Dave) made sure we were informed and happy at every stage. What we couldn't have expected is how pleasant, friendly, and truly accomplished everyone in the community is. So thankful we have such a lovely home in such a great community.
